At Dragon View ShopNZ, we are committed to providing our customers with 100% authentic skincare, collagen drinks, and wellness products. To ensure transparency, please review our return & refund policy carefully before placing an order.

 

🔁 All Sales Are Final

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to a change of mind.
This “All Sales Are Final” policy applies to all purchases, especially imported and pre-order items.

 

📦 Pre-Order Policy

By placing a pre-order with Dragon View ShopNZ, you agree to the following:

❌ No cancellations or refunds once the order is confirmed.

⏳ Pre-order processing may take 14–21 business days, excluding public holidays and customs clearance delays.

🚨 If a pre-order item becomes unavailable, we will offer a full refund or suggest an alternative product.

 

🚚 Shipping-Related Returns

If your parcel is returned to us due to any of the following:

No recipient at the delivery address

Refusal to accept the package

Incomplete or incorrect address

Unsuccessful delivery after multiple attempts

👉 We will refund the product cost only (after confirming the item is returned in good condition).
⚠️ Shipping fees will not be refunded.

 

💳 Afterpay Refunds

If you purchased using Afterpay:

Returns or refunds will be processed in line with Dragon View ShopNZ’s Return Policy.

Afterpay will be notified, and your payment plan will be adjusted to reflect the new total order value.

If you have already made a payment, the balance will be refunded via Afterpay.
